Found at Wedderburn (the northern most apex of the famous Golden Triangle in Central Victoria) - 9th August 1880 at a depth of 330 feet.

The above photograph is of a exact replica cast from the original nugget by the Victorian Department of Mines at the time of the actual find.
The replica was loaned to Finders for this photograph to be taken by the Goldfields Historical and Arts Society Inc. and is now on display in the Dunolly museum.
