The headphone amplifier that has stood the test of time and is a favorite of our professional customers especially when combined with our lightweight Telex earphones. Featuring superior performance and built from quality components the circuitry has been specially designed for gold prospecting under the most demanding conditions. The Gold Zapper uses a standard 9 volt battery and has a separate battery compartment with a snap open lid (no need for a screwdriver to open as with other models). Fitted with On/Off switch, (with a bypass on the non standard model) battery test switch, Volume gain control, and a Stereo/Mono switch on the standard model.

Finders has been manufacturing the Standard Gold Zapper for the past 12 years and now it is joined by a special non standard model to suit those detectors with a non standard socket connection which have been appearing on the market in past few years from a small number of detector manufacturers.
Standard Gold Zapper to suit all detectors with a standard 6.5mm (1/4") mono or stereo headphone socket.
Controls (Left to Right) - Stereo /mono Switch - Headphone jack socket - Volume gain control - LED battery indicator - On/ Off/ Battery test switch.
Non standard headphone socket with contacts to tip and ring. Suits Fisher & some Minelab models including the SD series SD2000 - SD2100 - SD2200
