The new MicroMAX (µMAX) Sidewinder metal detector is an ultra-lightweight and compact
detector that packs the power and performance of a full size, heavier detector. It is
designed primarily for coin hunting, competition hunting and all-purpose detecting. The
MicroMAX Sidewinder employs a special Thickfilm Hybrid circuit board incorporating
Tesoroís proven HGS Circuitry with new power enhancements. The circuitry is engineered to
overcome the loss of depth (up to 35%) when operating in Discriminate mode; a problem
typical of many VLF Discriminator type detectors. It is so lightweight and easy to use
that everyone who tries it just loves it!
