The Golden Hawk is one of the world's most advanced gold detecting machines. It is the first machine of its type to be built with military styled features.
This machine has 3 separate operating frequencies, all with excellent discrimination.Featuring Minelab's unique Automatic Ground Tracking System, it enables you to detect more ground, more deeply and in less time.
The new Mode feature allows you to tailor your detecting to your specific requirements.
Based on Minelab's successful range of military detectors, the features of the outstanding Golden Hawk include; concealed coil cable (no more winding cables around shafts), heavy duty connectors; long-life rechargeable hipmount battery pack and fully adjustable quick action armrests, handle and shaft.
The Golden Hawk has been tailored specifically to suit the soil conditions of North America and Europe.
Not suitable for Australian conditions
The Golden Hawk provides you with 3 detecting frequencies; 6.4 kHz, 20 kHz and the super sensitive 60 kHz.
Its micro-processor controlled electronics has three ground tracking modes: Fixed Ground Balance; Track (1) for fast and Track (2) for slow automatic ground balance. A Soil Condition switch for either mineralised or quiet ground, plus the all new Mode switch, enables you to control the detector's sensitivity to a variety of targets.
S mode (small) Ideal for locating small, shallow targets.
L mode (large) Ideal for locating deeper, larger targets.
A three-setting audio boost control to enhance hard to hear signals.
The new 8" military style all terrain coil provides great depth and sensitivity.
Standard with 12v Gel Cell 25hr rechargeable battery and charger (with hipmount battery pouch).Your detector is housed in a protective military style back pack/carry bag.
