Another Gold Nugget find
Side 1. -- Weight - 18 dwts. 12 gr. -- Side 2.
11th. November 1998 -- Today a visiting prospector brought a gold nugget into our shop to be weighed that he had found earlier this morning. The nugget weighed 18 pennyweights and 12 grains and is shown in the photographs above. he told us he had found the nugget in the local Dunolly area on a gentle slope at about 8 inches in red clay.
