Cup Day Gold Nugget find

11th. November 1998 -- Today one of our customers brought the gold nugget shown above in for us to photograph. The nugget which weighs 13 ounces was found in an open area just north of Dunolly in the middle of an unworked gully. It was lying about 2 feet (600mm) deep in the wash and a second 1.5 ounce nugget was also found about 20 feet away from this one - this is shown in the next press release.
