Local detector operator shows finds

Dunolly prospector shows us some gold nuggets


Gold Nuggets Total Weight - 2 ozs 13 dwts 5gr

7th. May1997 -- Today a local Dunolly prospector showed us some of the gold nuggets which he has found over the past 6 months the latest find was on Thursday last and was the largest of the group. The weights of the nuggets were - Top Row left to right - 8 dwts 12 gr, 10 dwts 12 gr, 1 dwt 7 gr, 13 dwts 3 gr, - Bottom Row left to right - 4 dwts 7 gr, 3 dwts 2 gr, 1 dwt 3 gr, 1 dwt 7 gr. The nuggets were all found in The Golden Triangle area on short prospecting trips.
