Avoca prospector's Gold find
Side 1. -- Weight - 2ozs. 19 dwts. 4grs. -- Side 2.
2nd. June 1999 -- A customer from Avoca found this nugget on Saturday 29th. May in pouring rain. It weighed 2 ounces 19 pennyweights 4 grains (92grams) and was found on a gentle slope in a reasonably open area of bushland at Havelock. The nugget was lying 10 inches deep embedded in a ball of clay below wash.
