19th. March 2002 -- The gold nuggets shown above were found in semi open country in the Dunolly area. The ground was grey quartz wash with a clay bottom and the gold was lying between the surface to 10"deep. The finds were made by a family of three over a three day period with each members collection of smaller nuggets shown separately.
