Experience the charm of yesteryear as you enter this unique store and restaurant, situated in the building occupied by Carisbrook's first general merchants, W. R. Smith and son, established in 1853.

Over the years Mike and Sally Turton have collected a remarkable display of grocery and advertising memorabilia which brings back nostalgic memories for many.

Apart from the decor, the main reason for being at Carolines has always been the food.
