            Dinner:-   Friday - Spit Roast, 7 pm.
                                Saturday - Spit Roast with entertainment 7 pm.
               Lunch:-   Sunday - Spit Roast, Midday to 2.30 pm.

    Bookings for any the range of services offered above may be made direct to the individual owner / proprietors using the contact addresses, telephone or fax numbers provided.

    Telephone bookings should be made during normal trading hours - 9am to 5.30pm weekdays and 9am to 12.00pm midday on Saturdays (Eastern Standard Time). Phone bookings can usually be confirmed on the spot while all other bookings will need to be confirmed.
