The architect designed house is modern and well appointed and offers beauty and comfort and total privacy.
The nearest neighbour lives more than a kilometre away.
Great care has been taken to blend the house into the undulating bush setting and to make it self reliant and environment friendly.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities.
The house features solar electricity, filtered pure rainwater supply and efficient wood fired heating.
The natural energy sources are supplemented with LPG gas for extra lighting, refrigeration and heating.
The 107 acres property is abundant with wildlife and offers spectacular hill top views of Mount Franklin.
Koalas, echidnas and kangaroos roam the property and an abundance of birds may be spotted from the wall to wall windows in the living area.

° Two double bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds.
° Bathroom with shower.
° Kitchen, fully equipped, gas cooking range, refrigerator with freezer, mixer, blender, coffee grinder.
° A collection of books, magazines, games, bridge cards and card table, chess and other games.
° Basic supply of coffee, tea, biscuits, milk, pasta, sauces, tins is kept in the kitchen at all times.

Bookings for any the range of services offered above may be made direct to the individual owner / proprietors using the contact addresses, telephone or fax numbers provided.
Telephone bookings should be made during normal trading hours - 9am to 5.30pm weekdays and 9am to 12.00pm midday on Saturdays (Eastern Standard Time). Phone bookings can usually be confirmed on the spot while all other bookings will need to be confirmed.State of Victoria time zone
